Nice work Ben. Good work on emotion and phrasing. Looking through it, I think the segmentation chapter may need a bit more work so it can be followed linearly, and some steps are discussed implicitly, which could benefit from additional sample communication in the interview. I also don't think we would have time to explicitly write the properties of segments in the brainstorm because of time constraints - the first example has five different properties/factors, and I think it detracts from following your plan. It takes a long time to read your article, so I would suggest separating the examples into separate sections, so I am able to load the framework mentally in one go before diving in. It will also help see where there are gaps in the interview dialogue. I also think your interview flow diagram hurts more than it helps - it would be terrific to see a stronger connection between the concepts your framework hinges on and how they feed into each other - especially highlighting customer motivation as an outstanding structure enhancer.

Definitely a definitive guide. I followed it up with the mock interview of "Meta Quest for the elderly" and it did a great job bringing your article to life. much appreciated!

Very thorough, and speaks to some pitfalls I face which makes it real for me. Thanks Ben! Great content!

I would like a refund because there were no redeem codes provided for the items I needed, such as Cursor Pro. Why is there no service at all? The product seems to lack credibility.
