Having recently re-read "No Rules Netflix" with one of my companies this was a perfect compliment to a great book. You were both 100% present in this conversation. So many clear takeaways about the pursuit of excellence, talent density and the creativity that unlocks. As a former Olympic coach I was always conscious on how I "showed up" for my athletes, every session, every time for years. This podcast definitely made me pause and reflect on how I "show up now" am I as present in one to one's as Elizabeth and Lenny were in this one.
