Wonderful post with a lot of insights for me as a PM at an early stage B2B startup.

I liked the point around seeing whether your product can fit in along with an existing inferior product.

And another point about going top-down too early. You have to be close to the users of the product.

Keeping customers coming back can be tough when competition is fierce. Using loyallyAI to set up simple rewards could make a big difference. It often helps turn occasional buyers into regulars over time.
