Excellent framework. I like the ladder of earned trust with the CC approach. IMO, calibration should also tie to real signals like task success, recovery speed, and user trust, alongside accuracy metrics.
Lenny, this was an easy to read and be able to follow your short course on CC/CCD, it easy to forget that even though we are sill in the engineering business of AI, precision is the order of the day - you go too fast to meet deadlines or launch a product/feature....things break and customer trust breaks.
